This workshop has been held every year, since the first workshop was held on October 4, 2022, based on the “Memorandum of Cooperation for Technical and Business Cooperation on the Construction and O&M of Road Tunnels and Related Facilities” signed by Minister of MLIT and Secretary of DPWH.
