On March 25, 2024, in Hanoi, Viet Nam, Road Bureau of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism of Japan (MLIT) signed a Memorandum of Cooperation Related to Roads with Department for Roads of Viet Nam of the Ministry of Transport　(MOT) and exchanged opinions on specific cooperation methods in the future.
